- Prefer one year call center or TAS experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred
- High school diploma
- Highly organized and diligent with details
- Calm and efficient with challenging calls
- Highly professional with accurate and fast typing
- Enjoys a fast paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Able to work nights or days
- Must be able to multitask
